With over 36-years in the pharmaceutical industry, Medaris brings extensive experience in patient education, program management, partnership development, and organizational execution. He works closely with the Founder and Board Directors to oversee day-to-day operations and advance strategic priorities.

At TheBrightPath, Medaris leads the implementation of wellness programs and supports the Foundation�s mission to reduce prostate cancer disparities through movement, education, and community engagement.
